David
M. McCleery, 56, Crawfordsville, formerly of Indianapolis, died
Wednesday in St. Clare Medical Center. Mr. McCleery owned and operated
Universal Monitoring and Control for several years. He served in the
Army during the Vietnam War. He was born Aug. 7, 1947, at Indianapolis,
to Fred and Martha Alexander McCleery. Survivors include his mother of
Kennesaw, Ga.; a daughter, Heather M. McCleery, Crawfordsville; a son,
Kurt M., Woodstock, Ga.; a brother, Thomas, Acworth, Ga.; a sister,
Jeannine Whittington, Crawfordsville; and three grandchildren. His
father and a daughter, Kimberly Jo McCleery, are deceased. Private
funeral services are planned. Friends may call 2-6 p.m. Sunday in G. H.
Herrmann Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis.
